A Happy Memorial Day!
Joshua spotted a just born fawn at the edge of our woods. He stayed so still and quiet through the morning despite a lot of backyard hilarity. In the afternoon we watched him make several attempts at standing, then walk through the grass and back into the woods. Later I heard some tramping in the leaves and when I looked I saw he had been reunited with his mama. :)
The kids REALLY wanted to go to Mint Springs to swim despite the clouds and our car thermometer reading 62!
